Shelly Beach Amenities

Rogers Construction Group was engaged by Northern Beaches Council to re-build the Shelly Beach Public Amenities building in Manly.

Undertaking a comprehensive scope of works, our team meticulously addressed various tasks to revitalise the area. This included conducting a thorough dilapidation report of surrounding buildings and infrastructure, providing essential amenities including 4 x portaloos for public use, ensuring tree removal and protection, and meticulously locating and safeguarding all services.

The project also involved the demolition and propping of remaining walls, the installation of new concrete slabs and walls, as well as roofing, timber dressing, and wall and floor tiling. Additionally, fitting new sanitary fixtures, plumbing, electrical works, and painting.

Situated in Manly, this comprehensive upgrade has breathed new life into key amenities, seamlessly blending functionality with aesthetics. From moderniaing facilities to enhancing accessibility, every aspect of the project was thoughtfully considered to elevate the beachgoers' experience at Shelly Beach.

The successful completion of the Shelly Beach Public Amenities Renewal project further solidifies Rogers Construction Group's reputation for excellence in enhancing public spaces and community facilities.
