Frasers Property

Rogers Construction Group was engaged by Frasers Property to deliver accessibility compliance upgrades at their Pemulwuy facility in NSW.

The project included the design and construction of a new compliant lift shaft providing vertical access between the ground floor and Level 1, along with a new Level 1 link bridge integrated into the existing corridor layout. Upgrades to wet and dry fire services were also completed to ensure compliance with current safety and regulatory standards.

All works were carefully staged to allow the facility to remain operational throughout construction, with safe access maintained at all times.
